Inland Empire in California is where I get mine. 3 1/2" Alum .125 wall w/1350 u-joints & yoke $500, add $100 for the billet yoke which I recomend especially for roller tailshaft in tranny.
I think MIke had a link to it earlier in this thread.
3" is too small for 600+ HP

So.... Allen, How much hp does it take to push a 4000 lb car 9.50 140 mph?

Well so far the diet includes:
1. Replace seats with lighter ones :-80 lbs
2. Install fiberglass front bumper: -40 lbs
3. Install assorted new tubes to stiffen the chassis: +60lbs
4. Driver weight gain over last year : +10lbs

Net Loss:minus 50 lbs!
The rest of the diet is going to take more money, which I have no problem loosing! And when I find it ......

Default horsepower to weight

we weighed at one time 3600 with driver w/869hp and went 9.51. - 1050hp we went 9.04.

My driveshaft is not over 48" or is it aluminum.

To get a 4000 lb car to go 140 mph in the quarter mile n/a you would need approx 868 HP

To get a 4000 lb car to go 9.50 in the quarter mile n/a you would need approx 934 HP
